What is it?
Bruxism is the clinical and scientific name for teeth grinding and it can merely be defined as the action in which an individual grinds (rubs) or clenches his/her teeth continuously at any time of the day but mostly in the dark during sleeping periods when the individual is unconscious and unaware of what she/he is doing. As a matter of fact Bruxism creates a scenario of virtually the same gravity as snoring.
